ComZone Ltd
is a computer retail business, providing
sales, servicing, training, and rental
of IBM compatible personal computers, Laptops,
components, peripherals, and consumables
to new and experienced computer users,
both residential and commercial, in Avondale
and throughout the Auckland area.
Who
we want to be Our
goal is to build ComZone Ltd
into a successful computer retail business
that has a reputation amongst it’s
customers, staff and suppliers, of
being fair, honest, and reliable, and
that provides quality computer products
and services to its customers.
We
believe that a high quality product or service
can be provided to discerning customers at
any socio-economic level, as long as the
price is right. We will always favour reputable,
quality products over cheaper and inferior
products, but will work hard to negotiate
a fair price to be able to bring such quality
products to all our customers. Our service
levels will be monitored by careful Quality
Assurance checks, coupled with regular customer
satisfaction surveys.
We
will seek excellence in all aspects of our
business, and measure that excellence in
terms of the attainment of recognized awards
and standards, including ISO 9002 accreditation
and CMANZ membership. Not being satisfied
with that, we will also seek recognition
amongst our peers by way of the annual Computerworld
Industry Awards.
